I am looking to replace the lock and keeper for 1992 vintage Weathershield wood tilt-ins. Mostly I need the keepers as the goose neck likes to snap off. They look most like the 90-027. The hole spacing is 1 7/8" and hole setback from the window edge is 5/16". I see the spacing on these is 1 15/ ... (cont.)

This is a new door. Mfg code PRW-1. Model SGD-R20 96x96. See attached picture. Do you have a lock that fits in the outside handle? Would we punch out the circular blank to install it or must we purchase a handle and lock together? KW

In the attached images you will see my broken parts. The window weighs 6 1/2 lbs. There is the letter "F" stamped on the spring. Can you tell me what parts I need to order. I believe that my old balances are the red type, although they seem orange I believe they are faded. Is it ok to overshoot and order the black tip instead of the red for the extra strength?

There are 2 numbers on the glass, not sure which one is the model number. NFRC 013/014 High Perfermance 1GCCRCBA 1GMAC CIG 37-01 I need to replace the wheels on the bottom of the screen, the wheels have a roller that fits on a track to keep the door in place.

Hello. No part numbers it is from a sliding glass patio door that has PPG Herculite X the stationary panel of the door says Guardian on the glass. It is 2 5/16" long when collapsed, 1 1/8" tall. 9/16" wide. Thank you for your help. Greg

this is the lock part to the handle on the 450 series sliding door which just cracked off .I would like to find just the part so I dont have to buy the whole handle.

This part attaches to the bottom sash and holds the balance.

Latch broke from what appears to be Craftline latch window. Measuremtns are 2 1/4 x 2 3/4 with a raised portion where locking mechanism is)1 inch from outside end. Screw holes are 1 inch apart.

I need to replace a broken mortise lock. I've attached 4 images. My lock doesn't quite look like the part numbers 82-226 and 89-021 that are referenced to another customers inquiry as there is a lip that fits behind the door frame itself( Image 1).

I recently purchased two new Series 351 1/2" channel guides, but when I tried to install them I discovered that the top caps (sash guides) were broken as well. Attached are photos of the existing broken guides. I need a right and left guide for one window. Please tell me the specific part numb ... (cont.)

Can't find any markings to ID the window or the operator/crank. Both left and right cranks seem to be stripped. Right crank can screw right out of the operator mech. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this item (39-316) only available in white? The associated crank handles seem to be available in several colors.
