Looking for a Pivot Shoe for a Crystal Vinyl Replacement WIndow. The channel is 1 1/2 inches wide and 1/2 inch deep.

This is for a Bay window siz 32 X 39 rounded off all the numbers on it are as follow: 11600-17 BP 30 12127 9 86 3335455 I beleive its model # is either a 2832 or a 8670 it is a double hung window with the dble glass looking for replacement sash balance. Thank you

I'm needing to replace a couple of channel balances for a window. The balance is stamped 23D. It is 9/16" wide which I have read is considered 1/2". Based upon using your selection tool, I think I need something like the series 351 24" 2340 channel balance. But one of the ends look more like 15 ... (cont.)

I'm looking to purchase a replacement strike plate for a Larson storm door. There are no part numbers visible on either the strike plate or the lock set. This is the tab on the top right and left side of the window that opens and allows the window to be pulled inward. The part number is 8615X7

Paul, I think the 55-184 snap-in clips are what I need. However, on my Anderson windows, there is an insert hole in the frame that contains a plastic insert, which the 55-184 fits into. Do you carry those inserts as well, or do they come with the 55-184. Thanks, Jack

My closet doors were manufactured by Charmac, Inc. in Compton, CA. They were made in October of 1998. I need to find replacement tracks for that will fit the currently installed guides that you will see in the picture. The guides are about 1.5" square. If tracks cannot be found I am wondering i ... I need to replace some Milgard window sash balances. Your 15" Series 380 Channel Balance (Product Code: S380-15) seems to exactly what I want however, their are no markings on the old channel pieces.
