Howw would i go about replacing a window balance?

I need help identifying this left-hand surface mounted window latch. The latch is approximately 3 1/2 inches long and the screw holes are 2 1/2 inches apart on center. Hi, I don't have the make of the windows but I have attached the vinyl window glazing pictures. The total width of the rigid vinyl glazing is 7/8 inch and the height is 11/32 inch. Good Afternoon: Are there any more dimensional specifications for this model? It appears that I have a casement window that was not manufactured by Pella but incorporates a Pella gear mechanism that has failed. I'd like to be positive about the match before ordering.

The bracket on the bottom of the window is hard to remove as the screw is frozen and starting to be stripped. Is it possible to install the balance without removing the old bracket. I'm looking to install a spiral balance on a non tilt window. an S500-30 Please help

This window has two sash cord boxes at top. one cord is broken. can it be replaced or can I buy the two boxes at the top. Think I can take the box apart and rewind in new cord. Thanks Bud.

Attached pdf file indicates the attachments, 27 in length, window weight of 17.6 lbs, and manufacturer markings. Attached is a picture of my window operator. I would like to know if your operator 39-002 will replace mine. I notice that the handle on 39-002 is on the opposite side. Does that matter? I measured mine at 9 inches with a 4" between the screw holes. Thanks, Randy
