My Caradco 12 sliding patio door does not roll. I tried adjusting the rollers but I do not know whether to turn the adjusting screw clockwise or counterclockwise. I had minor success. I have a heavy lifting window and saw some parts are broken. The first photo shows the part where the window itself sits and looks kind of bad. I got an error using your website so trying this route. I have 4 windows with these balances and all of them are jamming. The balances wont retract even when I remove them from the windows. We have vinyl windows with the name ALUMAX on the latch. The balances are shot and the old ones have no color code that relates to your chart. I think we will need the 600 series.
