I purchased a house from a bank that came with... well, missing some parts. I'd like to be able to open my manual skylights, but I only see splines pointing at me. As you can see, I think these can use your 11/32" universal parts, but I wanted to ask first.

roller has the markings "Kilian Sryacuse New York". Need 4 of the roller systems. Do you have?

I can not find any markings on either the window or glazing strips. Home was built in the '80s in Central Texas if that helps at all. If you need more pictures or any more information please let me know.

I need to replace the sash balances. See photos of the sash balance front and back. The window is 29.5inch wide. The frame is 32 inches wide. The inside dimension of the frame is 31.5. The height is 53.5 in. Please clarify your part number. Regards, Mark

Have old Amcor windows throughout house. One sash had seal compromised so I removed it. While doing it one spiral balance (on right side - the white shoe) came out of pivot shoe. Andersen window sash balance (see attached image), part number on the balance says C13 6#23 585. The total length of the balance is 6 3/4 inches and width is 3 inches. I also need a latch for the same window. Please advise the new part number I need.
