I ordered 39-381 and 382. It seems like the right thing except the shaft that goes to the window is too short. Is there one with a 7 1/2 or 8 inch shaft

I think this is the channel balances I need. The metal part is 33" 33-inch/pd/Series-385-Channel-Balances/S385-33 The only Marking on it is 31 3 IP Caldwell It is on a Warnock Hersey Series 810 Code PP-0403

These parts are hole cover in the closet door.

Hi, I am posting the image of the original roller on my Patio sliding door. It is a single roller with approximately 1'' diameter. I tried to replace the roller with a D-1735 ( with 1-1/4'' dia) double roller assemblies. Eventhough it fits in the door very well, I am not being able to place the door ... (cont.)

This is a part that needs to be replaced. It is the sliding door wheel. Also, we need the handle for the same vinyl door. It was not at the property and the owner request to replace the missing part (which we do not know).

Hi! Are these rubber tips interchangeable? As far as I know, we just have a standard drop down door holder like 79-011 with a 1" diameter rubber bottom. I don't know the manufacturer of my holder...thanks!

The original wheel is plastic (nylon) with a steel hub and steel BB's. Marked on the wheel is "Toronto Canada 9341". It is 1-1/4" diameter, 5/16" width, 1/4" hole, and the hub is 3/8" wide. Is 81-228 the correct replacement wheel? (I prefer a nylon wheel). Also I will need new axles. The o ... (cont.)
