Have a customer looking for several of these fixed sliding glass door clips.

These tilts measure 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 x 3/16. These appear to be made of nylon (or plastic). Would like to replace them with metal if possible but need assistance identifying which Swisco part best fits. The parts did not include any names, numbers, or markings on the hardware.

I do not know what the part is called but the brand name is Atrium. is there any way to replace that plastic part around the window?

I just bought a pair of S380-30 (option 2920) balances thinking this was my problem. The balances did not engage with the sash when lowered. Now I learned the the Top Sash Guides were broken. This is made of all plastic with a small pin for the wheels to run on. It is a very poorly designed piece. If at all possible, something similar but better built would be helpful. Hi - I'm looking to replace a few balance springs on vinyl window mfg in 1994. It looks like they are Caldwell markings 31 9 38#, length 32". Guessing S380-32 opt 3165 would work. The shoe is ~ 1" x 1"

Looking to replace a roller for my sliding glass patio door. I've measured the roller with 1-5/16" diameter, 7/16" width, and 3/8" hole diameter. I have used the 18-166 to replace the broken ones, however, it seems that the plastic 18-166 was not strong enough. Can I use Aluminum Top Sash Guide, 18-010? or if you have other better ones. Thanks, Vince

Hi - I need to do some work on my Truth cranks, but I'm not sure how to get the plastic covers (39-107) off without breaking them. They don't seem to want to come off easily. and I'm afraid I'll crack them if I'm not doing it right. Suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, I think I've identified our balance as your series 385 channel balance. The metal part is 34". It looks like it has the 19005 top and 15004 shoe. The number stamped is 33 4 CN CALDWELL. Would this correspond to the 3340 stamp option?

I am looking for replacement pivot bar for the illustrated image. Tn the image each one of the bars is broken. i did not remove a complete or in tact bar because it is a big deal to remove the windows. Is this enough to get a replacement that might work?
