I am trying to find a (possible) replacement for a metal pivot bar that broke. It is from a double hung tilt (vinyl) window. Unfortunately, there are no markings or numbers on the part. Thanks in advance for your suggestions. srk.

Handle on the small casement window just spins so need to replace entire crank system. Cannot identify part needed as there are no markings. Windows are Barber and Ross, a company that is now out of business so cannot determine what crank supplier they used. Thanks.

I think this window is from the mid 1970s -- The window etching has an XI in a circle and a JD. I do not see any other letters or numbers. The visible glass dimensions are 15 9/16 x 48 1/16. It has a straight arm operator that is about 9 inches long.

Hi, I need to order a few window balances. The balance pictured is 27 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The only writing stamped on it is 2630. I have a number of windows in my home that need the balances replaced. A neighbor has identified the part as being S385-34 with option 3330 and a clip of 16-002. I have a wooden sash, double hung, non-tilting window with a bad channel balance. The part is stamped with "20 4 FS CALDWELL". My unit has numbers (32 6P23 377), what replacement balances should I buy. It appears other numbers may be present but I can not read these.
