I can confirm that the 18-127 will work with Milgard windows (at least mine, anyway), though I did have to clip off the overhang at the top of the sash guide to make it fit in the window channel.

Hi, I just ordered 4 new channel balances from your company. I watched the video on replacement. What do I do if there are no take out clips on my windows. Is this normal.
