What are the dimensions of this lock and keeper?

window balance broken. Number on part is 26 4 jw cmc 11.

We are trying to replace the top and bottom sash guides. but see none look like ours. It is a 29" channel balance. If I never see a Gapco window in my live, I will be happy.JUNK

To either side of the handle and on top are flat head screws that are not very apparent. I do not know if this is enough to let you Identify the crank replacement. Please let me know.

Need 2dorwal patio door rollers.

We are looking for the tilt pivot pin that goes into the balance system of a Traco Power 2 aluminum vinyl composite window. Do you a replacement for that?

The sliding door is wood but has no indication of the door mfg that I can see. The part I need most is the 35 1/4 inch plastic "sleeve" into which the dual rollers inset. The plastic sleeve also has weather stripping "fur". There's another same size door that needs sleeve replacement. In additio ... (cont.)

I need your foam spline and would like to ask which size to order. My spline gap is 1/8".

I have the same sash guide as shown in the picture above, they came out of a Milgard window and the 18-188 is not compatible with it. The 18-188 is a little too thin and do not have the extended lip to catch the channel balance properly. I'm not sure where to find the correct replacement. ... (cont.)

I have 10 sash balancers stamped R5 1027, 10 87, and 11600-17. Which balancer replaces this one?

I only get red tip as an option. However, from the part I see I will need a green tip.

I have a door needing new weatherstripping on it. It is an older Kawneer double acting and the weatherstrip has a stainless steel backing that is crimped over plastic backed weatherstripping.
