balances have 1940z stamped on them. came out of an aluminum single hung window. they are not tilt. but they hinge outward to clean instead of tilting out. right side comes out. was curious do you carry parts for this series window? because i also need the hinges for one of the sashes. thanks ... I need some new channel balancers for my windows. I've attached photos as well. I'm not sure which to get. Here are the measurements: metal to metal length is 27' plastic to plastic is 28' width of metal is 5/8' width of plastic from end to end is about 7/8'

The channel balance is marked with 28C and B51 The pivot end is marked with 4610106 The part matches your catalog item S795-28, option 28B except it has a hook on the end opposite the pivot. I need four complete channel balance assemblies like the one pictured.

I need to replace this sliding glass door with a new thumb latch and reach out lock. I am not sure what type to order. The latch has 2 holes, 4" apart. BD 16 7#27 12-86 is stamped on the bottom. I assume the 12-86 is manufacture date. 11600-17 and 11600-3 are also stamped on the balancer.

The kniofe edge latch on my screen on my pella windows has pulled out and does not rotate properly. I am looking to see how to get them back in so it will rotate.
