Hi, I am looking to replace a window balance. The part indicates BSI 32 B. I am assuming 32" Series 795 Channel Balance S795-32 will work. What are your thoughts. It resembles the 795 series channels. Thanks.

I have two channel balances that I'm replacing that are stamped with just a 12 on them. One weights 8.5 and the other weights 9.5. Which option do you suggest for that weight. Thank you, Lloyd

The pictures are from a Thermal Gard window. The item snaps/slides into place and holds the Window Screen in place. There is no markings on this piece. Hope you can help. It's getting hot and can not open my windows!!!! Lol...

I bought the 81-001 item because my neighbor bought it and fixed his door. His door works fine now but it seems the wheels are a bit small and even with adjusting it the door just drags open and shut. Any ideas?
