I need a push-pull type latch for my screen porch, which has an IN-SWINGING DOOR. Ideally the body of the latch is 3 1/2 inches long and the part of the interior latch that hits the strike plate at least 1 to 1 1/2 inches long.

With your replacement rollers, when the rollers are pulled all the way up, do they stick out, or down past the side rails making it impossible to get the sliding door on the track? I just bought two replacements from Lowes and this was the problem.

My home has Pella windows from about 1966, if they are the originals. They have an arm that pushes out and pulls in to open and close the windows. On this casement window the "C" shaped pin that holds the arm into the actual window, I believe due to the tension/weight/pressure of opening and closing, opens up ... the pin comes out and snaps off preventing the window from being reeled in to close because the arm is now detached from the actual ...
