Hi.I don't know the name of the part I need, but it is an Anderson double hung window. The cord that is in a spring box an attached to the window is broken. The # on the box is J12 5P31 377 I need 8 of them. Thanks Ron

Spring broke inside door latch causing latch not to operate correctly. Carch is 2 1/2 " high,1 1/4" wide, Hole centers 1 3/4", At present storm door has no readable markings. I believe by looking at the latch number (40-150) that I could possibly use it.

this looks like a double coil assembly. I did not remove the assembly so I don't know specifically which parts I will need. Can I buy the entire assembly? I will need two. Are they handed? If so I will need left and right.

Greetings Experts! Attached are four pictures of a replacement part we need. It is a small, plastic piece that screws into the side of the window and it holds the window balance in place. Can you suggest a part that would work for me? Many thanks! Michael

From plastic end to plastic end it is 25". It has 23 4 ko Caldwell stamped on it. And then I think it is 9/16 x 5/8.
