This window latch is missing the lever . I could not find any name or manufacture markings on the window or on the latch. Please contact me should you have any questions. Jamie

I have 1997 Alenco windows that are tan and the glazing is also tan in color (darker tan to be specific). I see the 55-174 glazing is only available in White or Black colors. Can I paint the white vinyl glazing to match my tan colored window frames?

I need the window crank mechanism for this window. It is an all aluminum window. This is the left window (from the inside), but I need the cranking mechanism for the RIGHT side. I live in Florida. The house is CMU built in the late 1940s. A lot of the windows are painted shut but Im trying to make them operable one by one. I do not know how to remove the roller holder inside the frame after I remove the long crew without potentially damaging the part. The wheel is 1 1/4" OD the wheel width is about 3/8" or 5/16". I have a window channel balance that is marked 28C. The channel measures 9/16" which I believe is the 1/2" channel you sell. The metal part of the balance measures to be 29". It appears to have the 19-005 and 15-005 ends on it. Can you please suggest the stamp that I need?
