Went online and was told your Cmech #40-150 was a perfect match so I bought it and got it today. My pin is 1/4 inch and was told the 40-150 had the same pin(spindle) size. As you can see it is not as the 40-150 takes a1/8 pin. See photo, Can you match the Cmech handle? what are my options. My or ... (cont.)

After reviewing all the parts, my shoes measure/look like the 15-001 and my tops measure/look exactly like the 19-005. Channel balances measure 28" and they have the 2740 stamp on them. Regarding Window Crank Operator 9" Product Code: 39-002. The window operator I am trying to replace is 91/4 inches from the center of the gears to the center of the disc as shown in your picture. I just tried opening two Anderson windows that have not been open in quite a while. They both have problems with the cord to the bottom sash. I could not take a photo of the working balance but it has a plastic cap with a thin metal band that goes thru the channel and the 18" spring hooks on to the bar. The other photos are of the one we took out of the window with a shot of the pulley at the bottom.
