Channel Balance for On The Level
I hope the photos I have attached can help you identify my channel Balance. It is for a non tilt window. The channel measures 1/2" (actually 9/16"). Numbers stamped on channel 162000D Thanks for your help. Andrew On The Level Handyman

Sliding glass door replacement lockset
To whom it concerns, Please see attached photos, the spacing between the attachment holes is 4-15/16". It seems to me like replacement part #82-009A would work. spiral balance for hurricane window
I need a spiral balance and I don't know which one to order. The tube is 28 inches long and it has a black tip. This is for a hurricane rated window. Thanks for the help.

I looked for the latch handle that was plastic that broke and no luck. Looking for a set. A rough quick measurement for center was 4" so guessing it could be 3-15/16"

Tilt Window Pivot Shoe
Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick Product Code: 15-118 I believe this is the right part, can you please confirm? See attached image. The pivot shoe is 2 1/8 x 9/16 x 1 1/4 (although it is more like 1 5/16). Mine have a screw that holds in the spiral balance. Can I order those from you as well? ... (cont.)

tilt pivot bar splitting the wood

stamp model and shoe questions
Thanks for your help! My 30" balance is stamped 29-9 JA2 CMC 2. It is a fairly wide and heavy window. Also, the shoe and top pieces don't look exactly like the 15-002 bottom shoe and 19-002 top shoe that you have pictured. I've attached pictures of mine. Thanks again!
