Found no markings or numbers. dimensions are approx 3" x 13/16" x 5/16" see attached photos

I have not yet begun to work on my NuAir single hung window bottom sash, which appears to have a broken balance on the left side. I have been studying your videos and guides, and I think I can do it. I have some older louver windows which are starting to fail (they no longer close tight and air, dirt and bugs get in). I am attempting to locate replacement parts for repair. I have additional; photos but the upload limit is 5. Thanks, Ed

I need to replace two of these as my window will no longer stay open. The window is very heavy! The width of these are 1/2 inch and they are 30' long.

Both channel balances are broken the springs are pulled away from the fixed support and the pulley. The window is 50" wide by 36" high. I have attached pictures of the balances. The channel is 35"long 1/2" wide and 9/16" deep. The spring is 16 1/2' long. It appears to be similar to your series 380 ... (cont.)

Metal channel is 23' long. Don't see any that match.

This is half of the broken part. Pin slips in slider on left side of window. Windows installed about 9 years ago. ( Why it bent/broke is a question)

trying to match this glazing in my moms tampa florida home built in 1994.

I would like to replace this part. I've included: 15L Patton: 5139291 that is inscribed on the part. The visible glass, 16x24, of the bottom section is broken, and needs to be replaced. Do you sell the entire window or the bottom half? Thank you for your assistance. Best, Hannah

I have tried your 38001 and 38005, neither of which fit the keepers. I need several of these items, with left- and right-curved handles, so non-curved handles would be better. Thanks for your help and guidance, Brian

Using the videos, pictures & posts on your site, I am pretty sure I have identified the S380 as the balance I need for my Kinco windows. The measurements for the top & shoe are pretty much exactly what I have. My concern is the the length of the metal is closer to 29 5/8", not 29" or 30". Your ad ... (cont.)

The channel is 28 inches; the measurements of the shoe in image 1 are 1 5/8 length by depth of 11/16th counting the tabs and without the tabs depth measures 5/8". The masurements of the shoe in image 2 (which is the other end of the channel) are: 1 1/8 length by depth of 1 1/8. The outside dimensio ... (cont.)

The lower sash of our single-hung window was fallen forward, and the glass was broken. The side stopper? parts are seemed to lost the edges. I can see 'Pat. #5.139.291' ('1' may be 'l' or 'I') and 'L'/'E' on the back of the parts. I'm not sure other parts are ok. The sash size is 33 1/2 by 26. (The ... (cont.)

Hi, I need help identifying the part that attaches to the bottom of the sash spiral. The part that the sash pivots go into. The first picture shows one that is not broken.. the one on the other side of the window is broken. Thanks, Buzz

Is it right or left handed?? I am perplexed -on your site the there is one that looks just like it-r handed- but the part that is broken on mine is on the other side. Can you help?

Balance rod is 1/2" and is labeled 16B. The top appears to be a 19-002 but is slightly different as you can hopefully see in the photos. I cannot match up the shoe as it seems somewhat similar to the 15-050 but the 1 1/4" measurement is 1 1/8" on mine and the 13/16" measurement on the 15-050 is ar ... (cont.)
