Hello - I have some lock keepers that I need to replace on my windows. They are old and crumbling. The brand of the window I think it Weather Tite and these keepers do not have screws. They are plastic and look like they just slide in (not attached with screws). I attached two angles of it a ... (cont.)

We have several windows our Church that use part no. 39-155 or 39-156. A couple have the wood trim that goes over those operators broken and in need of replacement. Any ideas?

From what I understand from my employee, it measures 3 1/8' for distance between mounting holes, and the latch itself is 3/4". Thanks for any help you can provide.

Tenant left and noticed old latch missing. Unable to determine what latch would be the best fit. The one on the left side of window is still there, but missing on the right side. Please help.

Hi My house was built on 1995. Few windows has the broken balance coil. I did contact Simonton and they told me that they stopped that model. I am sending few pictures of the broken coil. Please help me to find the replacement parts for this one.

My metal pins are 3/16" Dia. at the large end. The central portion is 1/8" Dia. and the end that the plastic snaps on is 3/32" Dia. x 11/32" lg. the first picture is the good side; the second is the bad side. My wife complained that the upper sash falls out easily.
