My existing balances are stamped '2800 BSI LF' Based off that data can you determine what the weight rating is? Weighing the window sash is going to be difficult.

I am going to replace the screens in my Pella windows. I have already address the plastic interior corners that I will need to buy from swisco, but in looking at replacement spline my measurements are ~.14". Does that sound correct? My concern is deformation over age.

2 3/16" total length from back to front of roller. 1 1/4 " tall excluding roller. 1 1/2" diameter roller. Ours has a top screw which I don't see in yours,

I have two different length balancers. One is 22 inches long and has a stamp on it 21 12 BS1 One is 28 inches long and has a stamp on it 27 4 BS1 Please advise. I have Milgard single hung windows and I think the series 385 channel balance (S385-33) is the right one but I'm not sure of the weight since it is at a rental home so I can't weigh it and there is nothing stamped on the balance that I took out of the window. measures approx 3" long by 1/2" wide, latch position is halfway 1 1/2". circa mid-1908's. Have 2 doors, this one is intact, the other is missing! thanks - can't find it on your "keeper" page Saul

What is the part # that matches the image on the photo to place an order.

The broken latch has "C-7442-5" molded on its' underside. The door handle screws are 2.5" measured center to center. Hope you can identify the replacement part based on these photos and description. Thanks Ralph

This part is from double hung window from 1988. The part screws into the channel and retains the side spring in the channel. Any help is greatly appreciated Regards, Dave

I am looking at replacing my broken window latches on a couple of windows. The 26-393 latch appears to be the correct latch, but my windows are not white. Is white the only color I can get in this style latch? Thanks

I watched your video and then went to my jalosie window, actually it is in a door. The handle is the same and has screws, but it looks like a rivet or a nut where a screw should be on the inside strip if metal. Now what?
