Looking for a replacement latch for this Anderson Window door. I'm not sure model of door, house was built in 1994 and I would assume it's the original door.

I'm trying to replace window balances. The writing on the old ones says B.S.I. and the number says 2930. the length is 30" and the top fitting seems to match Series 385 or 390 but the bottom one doesn't seem to match any of them.

After I take out the screw holding what is left of the pivot bar, I cant get the rest out as it is under the frame and cannot be seen. Any ideas? Thanks Jim P

Do you have something that could replace the crank assembly for a Hurd window.

I'm not sure of the make our model of the handle on the door or how long it's been on there but the push button used to open door is stuck and the door no longer stay closed. Please help

I am trying to purchase 1 39-141 in dark bronze and 1 39-142 in dark bronze 39-142 seems to come only in white and black . These will be installed in the same building can i get right an left in dark bronze the handles come in dark bronze

This is a clip that attached to the screen frame(with the spline) and keeps the screen frame secure to the window frame. It appears to most closely resemble part #70-048. Can you confirm that it would indeed fit for my application. Thanks, Andy
