We have three 36 inch paneled pocket doors to install. The tracks are there, but the workers lost the kit. Can you walk me through what we need so I can order it. I saw the pulls and I supposed some wheels, not sure which ones... Thank you! Holly V

These are the number on the unit: 11600-2 and 11600-3 also J85 5#23 4 83

Body is 3/4 wide 3 1/8 long 1 3/32 high does not have mounting screw. Wheels are 1 1/4 dia.

Purchased 15-087 Coil Housing Pivots, 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing, and S180-4 4lb Series 180 Coil Balances. I just don't know how to put them together correctly or install them in the window.

do you have the rolls of mohair that are "slid in" the sides of the window frame to move up and down easier? dave

I have an Andersen 8' wood sliding glass door that was purchased on 9/11/78. Looking at the old receipt it looks like the model # is W8068. There is another # on the receipt that is 70908068. 3 of the 4 1 3/4" screws that hold each of the units (lock and receiver) into the doors are stripped. i.e. I need those also. the lock unit is going to have to have the screw cut to get it out so I can't do that until I have a replacement. My windows will not go up at all, i watched your video and took it out. Both balances are broken. Found little pins broken and had fallen off in the track. Stamped on the metal rail is-3450-43. I am not sure about the top and the shoe pieces. I have included 2 pictures of each. Please help me identify them. I need 2 Channel balances,one 12" and one 30". They both have the same tops and shoes.

Hi, The Channel Balance popped out of one side of my Milgard window. I'm pretty sure I need an S380-30 30" Series Channel Balance but am having difficulty with the Stamp option.
