Stamp marking "I L C" I am trying to replace all window operators and crank handles as I rehab the entire home. There are 21 windows like this throughout the house.

I cannot seem to find the correct replacement for a nu-air balance

These are, I believe Stanley tilt or awning style windows from the early 70's. I live in Palm Aire in Pompano Beach FL where they outfitted over 9,000 units with this style window. I want to replace a broken sash balance and am unsure as to which Series I need. It appears that the top is a #19-005 but I'm not sure of the bottom. Your 15-195 measures to mine. But not sure after reading the threads. There is the number 5 stamped just above where the shoes locks in under the spring.
