We need to order a 1 replacement channel balance which has numbers 29 6 HW CMC 11 on it for a non tilt window. Not sure of type to order. It measures 30 in in length and is 1/2 wide. Photos are attached. Also need 4 top sash guides which measure 5/8" Top Sash Guide Product Code: 18-009 Als ... (cont.)

This is from the top edge of the bottom sash of a Milgard, non-tilting window. There are a couple of similar ones on your site, but nothing exact. It's 5/8" wide, about 9/16" deep, and 7/8" from the top to the screw hole. Any ideas? I don't want to order the other parts until I find these (so ... (cont.)

I recently ordered 3 of the 90-025 window lock, for an Alenco window. Although the part fits correctly, it is for a window that opens to the left. the only number on the latch is the one visible by the picture. 30615. This is for a vinyl type single hung encasement window.

I have most of the parts identified but the measurements on the bottom shoe are a tiny bit different. I included 4 images. It looks most like the 15-005 but that does not have the split like mine. Window won't stay up. Balance springs are working because when I unscrewed the balance spring it sprung down. These stoppers keep falling and won't hold the window up.
