i have a customer that needs crank handles weathershield pat.4,083,264 45001 the color looks like a light shimmer gold .the part that attachs to the crank looks almost like oldfashion key hole. can you help me with a price on each plus shipping thanks cindy

How does the folding crank handle attach to the casement operator which has a serated(?) end? Would this type handle allow you to overcome an extra wide sill and be able to open a casement window? Do you know if Andersen makes extensions?

This is a basic window latch to keep the window from sliding up. There are no names, numbers or markers. I think this was a replaced part. Hello Swisco, I have a ACORN DoRWALL sliding glass door. The vertical strip where both sliding doors meet, is chipped and cracked. With this chips and cracks air now passes through and so I'd like to buy a replacement strip. Do you have this part available? Thanks, Peter
