So I am trying to replace both a coil balance and a pivot shoe on a set of windows that I have at home. I'm pretty sure I have found the parts but am confused on the random flathead tip screw that is located above the coil balance. It can twist both counterclockwise to extend into the channel and ... Can you please assist in identifying the correct window balances for my window? It is 29" long and 1/2" wide. Please let me know if you need any additional info. Thank you.

I'm missing the part that allows my Pella roll screen to latch.

Gear has a broken tooth and window won't open or close. I need a whole replacement part from what I understand.

Need to replace deteriorated weatherstripping in my 25 year old wood double hung windows. Absolutely no manufacturing marks on the windows, unfortunately. Kerf is 1/4". Cannot determine the original size of the foam filled part because it has been compressed over time.
