I have phillips windows in my mobil home. they have a single hole and are rivited in and are plastic. I would like to find a metal replacement. these are cam type locks for sliding windows that slide from right to left.

I am having trouble finding replacements for the piece pictured here. Do I need the entire assembly new or can I find just this insert piece? The crank itself probably matches product 39-205 Thanks, Tim

Seems many are suffering from the broken operator covers as I am. When I removed a broken cover, the screw gear (where handle attaches) that operates the crank assembly screws right out when operated. Does the cover actually keep this in place during operation? Your Pivot Bar, 3" Product Code: 26-241 HAS THE CORRECT DIMENSIONS that I need. But I need a T-nose end not rounded end. I have ballast Pt530CSB. Do you have the pivot bar for that one similar. Or can I replace the ballast and the pivot bar with a a different one.

I have a 30" channel balance that I need to replace on my window. The sash weighs about 30lbs. As it turns our there were two different types of balances on either side of the window. Could you help me try to find the correct one please? The stamp on one is 29 9 and the other has a stamp of 29-6 ... (cont.)

My balances, which need replacement, have the printing 31 5 CX CMC 7. See no other numbers. The metal channel is 32 inches in length. Pics attached. Can you please advise the correct replacement balances. Thanks.

I cannot fully rotate the lever on the inside part of the back door handle to secure the lock mechanism. It stops at about 12 o'clock moviing counterclockwise. I replaced my Cole Sewell lever door handle with the push button 40-152 handle and am completing the installation. Thank you, ... (cont.)

We have crank out window with regular handle that does not fold. Can the handle only be replaced with one that folds up? If so, how is it done?

I have two windows that need channel balance replacements. The marking on the side says 2740 JJ. The length of the channel without the plastic ends is 28". For my house built in 1984-85 with Andersen windows with snap in 6 over 6 mullions. Plastic clips 12 per window. Like most the clips dried out in the sun and break during cleaning. 5/8" inner width 3/8" height.

It appears I need a 385 channel balance. However, I don't see them in the length I need. My channel balance is 25 9/16 in length. What part do I order?

I have measured an have decided that the top guide is a 19-009 and bottom is 15-003, the channel lengths are 29" and 17" inches do they have to be made or is a replacement already to go. thanks Richard

There is one screw (phillips head type) on a casement awning window crank operator that attaches to an aluminum arm that swings the windows up and out. Does the screw simply unscrew counterclockwise? I think so, but this screw is rusted and frozen in place. I want to make sure the screw is not a ... (cont.)

I bought a home built in 1906 and the sleeping porch has Rixon casement mechanisms. I need 1 or 2 replacements for windows we are rebuilding. Hope you can tell me where to find them. Thanks, Mike
