I am looking for (3) pieces that hold the track to the side of a casement window. My pieces resemble the little white pieces in the picture of item number 39-543. Bottom Channel Balance Shoe
My shoe is shaped like the 15-004 and 15-005. The only problem is that the size. You show a 1 inch and 1 3/32 inch. Mine is 7/8 inch. Not sure what I need. It is stamped with 28C and is channel is 29" long. The window weighs 20 lbs. Thanks for any help you can provide. Tom

Outdoor lock for sliding door
I have a glass sliding door that I would like to put an exterior lock on. Key lock on the outside, turn knob on the inside. The door is a Caradco brand door, part number cpdu1-60x68b. lock replacement for sliding glass door
The stem between the lever and the key plug broke into two pieces. I also need to replace the internal lock because it is malfunctioning (which I believe caused the stem to break). Thank you for any assistance you can give.

Vinyl snap-in glazing
Hi, I have an Alenco window with vinyl snap-in glazing as in the attached photo/profile. Something close would probably work - can you look at it and recommend one of your part numbers. Each leg of the glazing is approximately 21/32" but I don't think this critical. Thanks.
