I need to replace damaged window snap-in glazing. The windows are of extruded aluminum type (from mid-70's). There are no visible markings allowing for identification of the manufacturer, and the only indicator may be a fact that I ordered from you a Capitol Sliding Window Roller 87-006 (for these ... The spring or roller seems to be damaged such that the window will not stay up after it is raised; it just slides back down. I have a MW window made in 1989 where the cranks(operator) needs to be replaced. Enclosed are pictures of the operator broken down. I need the entire operator. It seems the barrel that the screw nut is stripped and will not stay threaded when you crank the window closed.

Can you identify the enclosed pivot shoe It Measurements as best as I could determine 2" long 1 1/8 " wide 1.2" thick there is no cut out in the sash to actually remove the shoes. I have 5 windows in my home that use the 26-063 pivot bars. Some of the bars have twisted/bent. What causes this. When I replace the pivot bar should I also replace the pivot shoes (looks like a 15-015 shoe)? Thank you Tom

Hi, After disassembling the window, the number on the balance is E5 9#31 8/84. Unfortunately I didn't see that number as an option in ordering a replacement part. Has this balance been replaced with a similar balance with a different number? Thanks, Tom

I cannot tell from pictures on your website whether you have a storm door handle and lockset for an inswinging door. The interior handle broke off of the lockset. I need it in black. Thanks, Joe

The folling numbers are stamped on the anderson sash balance 11600-17 and B85 4#19 2 84 Please avise me what replacement part will work for my window. Thank you.

I need two sliding door handle sets which I believe to be 82-033. The mortiss for the lock is 1 inch across and looks to be 3 15-16 high.
