What is dimension from the bottom of the seal to the top (magnetic seal) ? aka-Dimension from the 3/8 dimension line to the magnet ? I think your part number 58-085 will work but wanted to confirm. I have a 2 3/4" door. The channel is 1/2" Can this piece be cut in half for shipment? Also need astragal for the lock area. It measures 7 7/8"
