Does the 81-098 Pella sliding glass door roller come with the screw shown in the image above?

Hi, After about 10 years, a bunch of my windows need various parts replaced. The windows use plunger bolts on the side, and pins at the top to anchor in place. My channel balance has a number of 2830Q stamped on it. I believe the windows were by Alenco and made in 1986. Is your balance S730-29 the proper balance. Your site says for "Silver line channel balance S730-29". Just checking before ordering. Thanks. Ron D.

I recently placed for a S371-24 replacement balance and the top piece on the window balance does not work. I found the part in replacement parts but not already assembled with the balances. I am looking to install a sliding screen door in my patio. It has a standard shingled roof with 4 x4 support posts and concrete base. I have 25-year old Thermal Gard tilting windows. Between the pivot shoe (15-048) and the bottom end of the spiral balance, there is a white, rubber-like thing. With age it has become melted and gummy. What is it? Can I, or should I replace it?

Does it really matter whether I use series 600 or series 900 balances? The 900 series looks stronger in the picture. I understand the 900 series has a smaller diameter but does that matter? I am going to order blue bushings. Thanx

We have a simmons armoire that has a metal male loop that goes into a spring loaded clasp with two nylon beads to hold the doors closed the beads have broken and they are on rivets so we can't just replace them. The set we have is # 87119

finger lever [b] will not snap part [d] were u put the rivet to secure part[d] please advice or send another handle t.u.
