I need to replace window balances that appear to be 22" series 500 but do not have a color tip. Your color codes refer to general weights but how do they relate to an actual weight? My window weighs approximately 12 pounds. Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Howdy: I'm trying to get my hands on some pivot lock shoes for my wife's condo. Trying to fix the windows before we sell the joint. The part looks just like 26-193/4 (rollyson top tilt latch) although from center hole to center hole looks closer to 2 19/32 than 2 5/8. The other measurements appear identical.
