I'd like to know if you have 17" 600 series spiral balances with black tips? My sashes weigh around 33 pounds (current balances are red tip and are really shot). I also need to replace the pivot lock. It looks like the 15-119 but the cam is white an it seems like it might be a 16th of an inch ... (cont.)

I have caradco double hung windows that were installed in 1987 when my house was built. I need to replace the channels in several windows. The existing channels are 24" in length . I need a replacement balance for my Andersen double hung windows. Each window has 24" by 24" of visible glass. Numbers on the old balance are : 11600-A-3, 11600-17, and a third numbe on the tab that is hard to make out: 784-696 (not sure of the first digit). What replacement part should I order ... (cont.)

I need to replace a patio door roller similar to your 81-007 assembly. The current roller is stamped "138". Is 81-007 the correct replacement?
