I have looked, but could not find a guide for replacing pivot shoes on vinyl windows that don't seem to have a slot to remove/replace the shoe. I have removed the two retaining screws on top but can't get the roller out of the door frame. Does the silver screw adjustment housing have to be removed also or does the whole unit just slide into the frame?
