A customer is requesting that we get her some replacement wheels for her patio slider but we cant figure out from the part which wheels are needed.

Looking for glass sliding door bottom rollers and insert that holds rollers. Rollers have part number Truth 3176A, insert that holds the rollers is 34 1/2 inches long by 3/4 inch wide.

Parts is for a guillotine stile window with huricane impact glass. This windows are heavy.there are three different sizes, 24", 30" and 36", each picture of the engraving is accompanied by the measurement. They all have the same plastic endings. Rhanks for your help!

Need help identifying the proper model to replace broken non tilt sliding window balancers. String seems to be disengaged and is stuck. Track measures 33inches. Attached photos include different angles of both ends of unique nylon fittings

It's an old Ellison sliding patio door, 70 3/4 x 79 1/2. Had my customer look over the unit and cannot find any numbers on it. The unit was purchased in 1998.

Need a right hand, white crank assembly to replace broken assembly. In pictures, distance from top hole to bottom hole is 5". (Hole dia. is 1/4".)
