It's an old Ellison sliding patio door, 70 3/4 x 79 1/2. Had my customer look over the unit and cannot find any numbers on it. The unit was purchased in 1998.

Need a right hand, white crank assembly to replace broken assembly. In pictures, distance from top hole to bottom hole is 5". (Hole dia. is 1/4".) Distance from top hole to offset bottom hole is 4 1/2". Arm length from casing to extension connection is 2 1/2". Offset extension arm is 2 5/8". Offset ... (cont.)

Hi. This happened this morning. It looks like the balance snapped and cracked the bottom of lower sash. I assume it's not repairable and will need a new sash-at a minimum. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Need to know if the 24" - 351 Series will work if my one end looks like the attached photo. Mine has a little different shape. Not sure if I can get this piece to match or not ? Am having a hard time sourcing the correct roller replacement. I have tried most 1 1/2 replacement and end up being to tall to fit and have tried most 1 1/4 rollers and they are to small for the opening.
