By my measurements, I need a latch with screw holes 2 1/32 spacing.

From what I could tell it appears the part of the window balance that the window would connect to appears to be one inch wide and maybe I saw online they could either be one inch or one and a quarter

Wheel is 1 1/2", Housing is 2 5/8 x 1 1/2 x 3/4

hello IHello I am looking for replacement braces. Those slip inside aluminum extrusion the same way smaller ones slip into screen frames. But this is an entry screen door or storm door.

The latchcam broke off completely.

There is only one part with any markings. It says "The Atrium Lock". It hasn't worked properly since we purchased the home. Never had a key. I need something to replace it with before we sell the home.

Desperately need to replace these window locks/clasps. The holes drilled are 1.5 inches wide. Windows were installed in 1989 and sun has taken its told. Metal is brittle and broken.
