There is only one part with any markings. It says "The Atrium Lock". It hasn't worked properly since we purchased the home. Never had a key. I need something to replace it with before we sell the home.

Desperately need to replace these window locks/clasps. The holes drilled are 1.5 inches wide. Windows were installed in 1989 and sun has taken its told. Metal is brittle and broken. Markings from balance in photos. No markings on T-lock. Have more photos if needed to identify. Just need the shoe not the balance.
