I need to replace approximately 300'-0 of bead. It looks like your 55-180. The majority of my windows are 3' x 6' x 14 of them. How do I order if you agree with the 55-180 being the bead I have drawn out and attached.

Hello I measured from screw to screw (screw that goes into my blue Pivot shoe to screw at top of window going into window track) on my current spiral balance and that is 37 1/2 inches. Hello. The metal bar that the window pivots on has rusted away. I was able to remove it and the one on the other side. I need to get replacement parts - either the bar and screw or the entire spring mechanism - so I can repair the window. Thanks!

Hi, I installed American Craftsman Series 8500 windows from Home Depot in 2002. Several of the tilt latches are broken, and I'm trying to identify replacement parts if possible. Pictures are attached. Length = 2 3/8" Width = 11/16" Height = 3/8" Nose projection = 5/16"

Each of the doors have a broken plastic clip on the bottom, so part of each door doesn't actually sit into the bottom track. I can't figure out how to get the clips out, or to get replacement clips to get them back into the track. Any assistance you can provide on how I can replace these is appre ... (cont.)

I measured the diameter to be 3/8 inch. However, I cannot determine the exact part that I need or the length because the plastic casing has broken on these window windows. Shall I determine the length based on the length of the window sash?
