Looking for this small brown piece in the bottom corner of the window. It keeps the corner of the window up and in place and sliding smoothly with the shoe hinge but doesn't look like it's attached to the hinge.

Can you advise what Swissco balance model is the best replacement for what I have now. The one in the pictures is 1/2" width and the metal frame is 25" long. The length of the spring where it attaches to the pins at each end is 15-1/4". The window is non-tilting.

Hi, we recently purchased our house and none of the windows seem to open properly. When looking at the balancer the numbers stamped into them are all different on 1 window there's a 2140 stamped in on one side and a 2220 stamped into the bottom of the other side.
