Hi...I have PGT double hung windows and replaced one of the balances. The plastic piece pictured anchors the metal ribbon/spring and I need a few replacements please. Hoping you can point me in the right direction. thanks as always for your help.

Trying to find replacement balance for window

These windows were manufactured in Indonesia. I can not find part numbers or manufacturer other than on the crank handles, the numbers 22 and 15054. I need to replace several and would prefer to do it in stainless steel if possible. Can you identify and can you source this item?
