Spoke to Swisco yesterday afternoon regarding locating a replacement piece for a PGT sliding window. See attached photos. I think the correct part may be 90-278 in beige. hi there I am looking for a window balancer for my windows that do not have a part number associated with them. The window balancer has BSI RP 314 stamped on them and that's the only indicator

Hello. I have broken sash clips and need 4 of them. I also have one window balance that has a broken bottom clip which is riveted on so I will need the whole balance. The number 2740 is engraved but no other markings.

Can anyone help identify the metal coil part as well as plasting parts on top and bottom of the coil? The name of the items would help. Or how we are able to identify them by stamping on them, etc. Thank you!

My window crank is stripped. 5568092 is the only number i can read on the crank

I am looking for a replacement lock and keeper like the one in the included pictures. The hooks pertrude up and down when the lock is actuated. Hi Team, I live in south Flordia, house built in 1989. Majority of my windows has this type of crank. This one the handle broke. Can you assist in helping identifiy a replacment, and would you like any additional photos?

The plastic pieces in the pics have yellowed because of the sun/uv. Would you have anything in some type of metal ? I would need a total of 12 sets . I just purchased this mobile home and have not seen a manufacturer name on windows Please call if you have any questions . Thanks Bob ... (cont.)

It is a window lock. The holding screws are on the back corners. It fell apart.

Need help in identifying and ordering new coil springs. Image #2564 says #4, 5-33". Image#2563 says USA PAT 5232208. Image #2562 says OMEGA #4, 5-33". Images #2560 is the shoe. Image #2558 shows where two springs are housed.

Do you sell this window lock? Thank you!
