I have 2 windows in which the sash will not stay up and all 4 balances need to be replaced.

Looking for replacement parts for our window. It is a pivot shoe spring and has the number 8 on it. Hello, I am really hoping you can help me locate replacement rollers for these windows. As you can see, they are ancient :( For now I am moving the rollers from the top of the window to the bottom, but these will not last long so I really need to replace them. Can you please help?
