The window tilt part I need to replace is completely broken.I can not just tap and slide it out the side. The part sits in a hole that is 2" long, has a space after the hole before the corner of the window of .5" where the stop would stick out after mounting (one hole to drill), and I would expect a ... I am looking for replacement balances that are stamped 27 33. The channel width is 3/4". The channel depth is 1 3/16". The length of the balance is 27". The balance also has double springs.

Long side that attaches to window frame is 5 11/16" long by 7/8" at top. If you don't have the part do you think your product code 39-411 would work?

I have several sliding glass doors and the handle on two of them has broken. I don't know what brand the doors or handles are. Might you be able to identify the brand? Do you have replacement parts? Are the handles standard size so another brand would work?

Hello, I need a replacement for the handle. The arm handle keeps coming out when trying to close the window.

Having a hard time finding replacement locks for a few broken ones in our new home. On the lock, the holes are 2 1/6" apart and from the holes to the edge of the lock is 1". The lock height is 1/2".
