I will need 32" and 28" replacements. I am pretty sure I will need channel balances but not sure which type I will need.

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for the attached. Our maintenance techs haven't been able to locate this exact piece, and we need it for our resident homes.

when I try to lock the door the locking mechanism gets stuck and wont lock when trying to press down to the lcoked position.Patent number for the Lock that I have is Patent No.: US 8,827,324 B2.

We have 2 sets of sliding glass doors from the 1950's or 1960's with Arcadia handles with locks.
