Good afternoon, I am searching for replacement channel balances for the photographed original balances. These are used on windows that weigh 51.5lbs, and the channel measures 36" in length. I am looking for (4) of these. Please let me know if anything else is needed. Thank you!

Is the above photo enough for you to identify the correct assembly to order? It's the only photo my maintenace guy sent. This is in a building built in 1990 in case that helps.

I realize that this particular model is discontinued, but I was wondering if there there is a viable replacement for the whole upper half or should I replace the two spiral balances and is there a way to replace the one paint of broken glass14.5"

On the plastic piece there was a PAT # 5.737.877. I need something similiar that will work.

I have several broken coil balances on my Rehau double hung windows. I am having no luck with the window manufacturer, so I am reaching out for some assistance. Unfortunately there are no slots cut in my windows that would allow for removal of the balance, so I don't know the weight of the springs. ... (cont.)

Trying to ID these. The patent says 5704165 but then its also stamped 485 on back. The other shoes with that patent number look markedly different than this one. The plastic piece behind the coil also attaches to the shoe with two little wings. Coil says S9

When opening window both springs dropped out. Stamp is BSI 21 3. Looks like shoe might be just over 1 inch. These are 20 years old. What model is replacement?

Hello-I am not sure what this piece is called but it goes along the BOTTOM on my window. The Operator is a single arm operator that clips into this piece and pushes the bottom of the window out, tilting the window towards the sky.

Please assist with identifying this part. Thank you!

I need 2 balancers with the markings described above. The length of metal part measures 23" and the width seems to be 9/16". What would the replacement be? thank you.
