I have aluminimum non tilt window balances. The shoe is less than 1" deep. About 7/8".Here are some photos. Let me know if you need more and the cost with the plastic pieces installed,

I need to replace my screen door rollers again (5 years) due to rust from living near the Gulf. The roller type is the M spring type 84-001, or 84-031, or 84-007. The screws used for tension are also rusted. Is there a roller and screw that you could recommend that may not be subject to quick rustin ... (cont.)

These are from a Pella window that was made around 2009. The metal section measures 20 & 5/8 inches. There is the number 2040 stamped on the metal part. Which part number would I need to replace the whole apparatus? Thank you. Steve

One of my tenants windows is missing what I belive is a guide. When pulling the moveable window panel down, it goes on an angle and the lock/latch cover hits the window, causing the cover to pop off. Do you seel the "guide"? Or know where I may be able to purchase one?

Hi - This coil window balance is from my Alside vinyl windows with tilt sashes that are approximately 25 years old. As you can see in the photos, the pivot shoe is broken. There is a 6, or perhaps a 9, stamped on the coil. Any help in telling me the part I need is appreciated.
