looking for a simonton tilt wash double hung window tilt latch approximately 12 years old

This is a triple coil balancer cover? from a duralite tilt single hung window. Do you know if this part is available or if there is something close to it that might work. Thanks

Hello. Do you offer a replacement for the handle shown in the attached pictures? The latch is actually on the outside of the sliding glass door itself. The screw holes are right at about 5 inches apart. Thank you!

The outside ring of the circle is 1 1/8 These are two different "housings"? (not sure what they are called) but as you can see the lower one has a rounded shape on the left corner...cut out. I need to match just one style for a balanced door. Thank you!

I have determned I need the S900-30 I just dont know what color tip I need Im guessing this is for the weight of the window and thus the force of the tensioner. Im a little confused , so can you just increase/decrease the amount of windings to control tension thanks, ross
