Crank housing is 3 1/2 inches wide. I need 2 replacements. Crank arms for awning window shoul be around 7 inches long since width of window is only 14 inches wide.

I believe these are American brand windows purchaced through Home Depot, they are about ten years old. The windows are imposible to open! They are hurricane rated, very heavy. I just received my order of custom window balances and they're perfect thank you during reinstallation. I noticed that one of the caps at the top of the window is broken. This cap catches the balance. The pictures I have shown are of a cap that is intact.
