Part Stamp 2130, measures 22 inches metal end to end

Hi. This piece is used to cover the top of the spring of a Kolbe double hung window. I think it also prevents the window from being opened all the way to the top. Can you tell me if you have this item? I have 20 windows and they have all cracked due to age.

This clip is in the top corners of aluminum window sash. The 385 balance spring slide in the Groove of part. The little rectangular part slides in the part and is some kind of lock (it is broken and missing part of it).

Don't know if they are 380 or 385

I'm looking for a replacement handle for an old sliding patio door. There is no part number or manufacter name of the door anywhere. It is a 3 15/16 handle and has a clamp style lock. The original handle is not on the door either. Thank you.
